At Melbourne Mane, every appointment is designed to be a personalised, one-on-one experience. To ensure everything runs seamlessly for both you and the studio, please review the below.

Appointments

Appointments are available by booking only, allowing dedicated time and care for every client. Bookings can be made online, with confirmation details sent once secured.

Consultations

All new hair extension clients are required to complete a consultation prior to booking their installation. Consultations can be done either in-salon or via phone, making it easy for clients travelling from across Melbourne. This ensures your extensions are tailored to your hair, your lifestyle and your desired result.

Deposit Policy

A $500 deposit is required to secure all hair extension installation appointments. This deposit is applied toward your total service cost.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Appointments cancelled within 48 hours will result in the deposit being forfeited.

Late Arrivals

If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may result in your appointment being shortened or rescheduled to maintain the flow of the day.

Pricing

All services are customised, and pricing will vary depending on hair length, volume and method. A personalised quote will be provided during your consultation.

Maintenance Appointments

Regular maintenance is essential to keep your extensions looking seamless and feeling comfortable. We recommend booking maintenance appointments every 6-8 weeks to maintain the health, blend and longevity of your hair.

Payments

We accept card and digital payments. All deposits are non-refundable but transferable with sufficient notice.
